    Band History
MORTOR is the creation of David Paquette, guitar player, who, the 5th of July 2005, got sick and tired of all his previous bands. He decided to give himself one last and final shot at the world of music by creating MORTOR. A rabid fanatic of Death/Thrash music, he is dedicated to composing brand new music on his own, without waiting for anyone else.

By September 5th 2005, MORTOR fist song is finaly out as a "demo" R.I.P. at http://music.download.com/mortor.

By September 11th 2005, Sebastien Brooks joined MORTOR's line-up as guitar player and main vocalist. At this point, MORTOR is no longer a solo projet.

On this same date, Daniel Daris jumps on the bandwagon as MORTOR's bass player. A lively performer, he also contributes his stunning song writing talent.

By October 1st 2005, MORTOR's website is officialy online. Big thanks to Jocelyn Farley for the website design.

After auditionning several drummers, by July 1st 2005, Mike Savely, an experienced drummer, joined MORTOR's line-up. MORTOR is now ready to create new material.

On October 9th, MORTOR lost is drummer Mike Savely. Mike had to leave the band for personal reason. MORTOR will now be without drummer and for 2 years and the project will fade gradualy.

In 2008 David Paquette moved to the Ottawa / Gatineau region and quickly found a new drummer. Dominic Brown jumps on the bandwagon as MORTOR's drum player. A lively performer, he also contributes his stunning song writing talent. Welcome aboard Dom
